The office of Ashley Preston is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, Tennessee in Davidson County. I have had many years of experience working in the fields of Civil, Juvenile and Criminal law in middle Tennessee. While I primarily work in Nashville, Davidson County, I also practice within other counties and cities in middle and east Tennessee.

Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, Wilson, Cheatham, and Sevier.
Cities:
Mufreesboro, Gallatin, Nashville, Franklin, Lebanon, Sevierville, etc.

* I specialize in Criminal Law, including cases involving misdemeanors or felonies.
* I handle DUI and DWI cases as well as Simple Possession and Casual Exchange. We work on ANY criminal matter you may have (theft, assault, burg weapons charges, drug charges, traffic tickets, suspended drivers license )
* Parole Violations or Community Corrections Violations. Jail Time Computation Issues and Suspended Sentence Motions in which to get people released on Parole or Probation.
* I have a strong working relationship with the District Attorneys and court officials in the counties that I work in and have had much success in trials and appeals in cases dealing with Felony charges.
* I also deal with Criminal Matters in the Juvenile Court such as Delinquency, Truancy, and Unruly.
